ADIPY and PRO-INNOVA: Promoting Sustainable Coffee Production and Commercialization in Huehuetenango The Yamanoh Integral Productive Development Association (ADIPY), located in Huehuetenango, has been working since 1992 to strengthen agricultural production and coffee commercialization. It was founded by 50 pioneering producers who sought new market opportunities for their crops. Today, ADIPY brings together 376 organic coffee producers, offering microcredit services, technical assistance, and specialized guidance to improve the livelihoods of its members. Over the past three years, the association has strengthened its capacity through collaboration with ProCompite and PRO-INNOVA, implementing strategies to add value to coffee and open new markets.
